For this Regional Series, we intend to highlight some of the country's most unique, diverse, and culturally rich regions by emphasizing local ingredients. In this case, we are showcasing Locally Harvested Salts and Native Chiles from Veracruz, a state on the Gulf of Mexico known for its seaport, which historically served as an important culinary link to the Old World.
